USPA NEWS - French Prime Minister, Elisabeth Borne, unveiled on April 26, a roadmap for the "next 100 days" as requested by President Macron, since the country is experiencing a general dispute, speaking in the streets since January 19 in opposition to the very unpopular pension reform. The deadline for the 100 days of action is July 14, which coincides with Bastille Day. The Prime Minister presented the seven main axes which are
1- Work, full employment, and the New Pact for Life at Work
2- The acceleration of the energy transition
3- Strengthening public services
4- The short-term replacement of teachers will take place from the 1st high school
5- The financing of new housing by the Caisse des Depots
6- Reinforcing Republican bite with the new "Border Force"
7- Recruitment of 10,000 Magistrates and Clerks

1 - WORK, FULL EMPLOYMENT THROUGH A NEW WORKING LIFE PACT

At the same time, the government goes on the hunt for social and tax fraud thanks to the "fraud plan" which provides for more targeted controls, with more staff of controllers and also limits tax evasion.
2 - ACCELERATE THE ENERGY TRANSITION WITH NEW FOREST MANAGEMENT
PM Elisabeth Borne, announced that the government will deploy "a new management" of forests, with a "Green Industry" bill to be presented to the National Assembly on May 15, to prevent forest fires in " organizing the clearing". "As far as cars are concerned, we will be launching a clean vehicle rental offer at affordable prices in the fall."
3 - STRENGTHENING PUBLIC SERVICES
PM Elisabeth Borne announced the "Financing of the recruitment of 6,000 additional medical assistants, by Health Insurance" by the end of 2024, in order to free up time for doctors.
New nurses will be trained (2,000 additional places are being pushed back) in nursing training institutes, to "generalize access to care services to find solutions without necessarily going through emergencies".
4- SHORT-TERM REPLACEMENT OF TEACHERS WILL BE DONE IN THE SAME HIGH SCHOOL
With regard to education, the Prime Minister has indicated that "short-term replacements will be carried out within the establishment itself" from the start of the 2023 school year. The government also wishes to generalize to primary school the sessions support in French as well as in mathematics. 
5 - THE CAISSE DES DEPOTS WILL HELP THE FINANCING OF NEW HOUSING
PM Elisabeth Borne announced that the Caisse des dépôts was going to be mobilized to acquire new housing "which had difficulty finding takers".
6 - STRENGTHENING THE REPUBLICAN ORDER
PM E. Borne also detailed the new measures to ensure the safety of citizens, the government announced the opening of 200 gendarmerie brigades, as well as the establishment of a republican action force with "exceptional" means. The experimentation of a "Border Force" has also been announced and will be launched at the Italian border to fight against illegal immigration (Italy Border). An implementation must be effective within the next six months. With regard to the bill on immigration, without a majority, the government postpones this text until the fall.
7 - RECRUITMENT OF 10,000 CLERK MAGISTRATES
PM E. Borne, promises to "simplify, modernize and reduce justice delays" and "the recruitment of 10,000 additional staff, magistrates and clerks" and added that the government will give "magistrates the ability to rely on bigger teams. A bill will be presented in June.
As for friezes and cyberattacks, the PM plans as of May, "to secure and regulate digital spaces", and to prevent cyberbullying, among other things thanks to an "anti-scam" filter which will also be put in place in order to signal to users fraudulent sites.
