Forgotten tax benefits on diesel reported a few days earlier by the entire government. Missed fuel poverty. The ecological budget, is decreased as usual. The development aid budget is reduced while two days ago the President of the Republic promised to increase by 4 billion euros by 2020.There is no reason to wait for the RFLP to take the necessary measures.---------------------- The Nicolas Hulot Foundation calls on the government and parliamentarians to change the PLF 2016: - Enter a carbon price trajectory in 2020 (€ 56 / tCO2e).
