A 12-YEAR-OLD GIRL ASSAULTED & RAPED BY 3 BOYS HER AGE BECAUSE SHE IS JEWISH

Two young people, suspected of having raped a 12-year-old girl in Courbevoie (Hauts-de-Seine), were indicted. The latter are suspected of anti-Semitism. Return to the profiles of the suspects. After the tragedy, very strong emotion made the headlines in the media, because the youth of the 12-year-old victim and her rapists shocked public opinion. However, France has become somewhat “accustomed” to ultra-violence, which has become daily, through attacks, murders, brawls, riots, emanating from young people, often minors. This drama takes place in a context of anti-Semitism which has exploded by +300% since the massacre of October 7 by the barbaric attack of Hamas in Gaza, which in addition to the murders is added the taking of hundreds of hostages. The responses of the Israeli army, led by Benjamin Netanyahu, resulted in the deaths of more than 35,000 civilians in Gaza and Rafah.

All of this resulted in the importation of this Israeli-Palestinian conflict into France or a large Muslim and Jewish community living in France.
However, the far-left LFI Party (main party of the left-wing alliance, New Popular Front) orchestrated this conflict throughout the European election campaign, by chanting anti-Semitic declarations, for electoral reasons.

The gang rape of which the 12-year-old Jewish girl was the victim in Courbevoie (Hauts de Seine), the investigation is progressing. The perpetrators of the attack and the rape of the three young people, all minors, were arrested by the police.

Two of them are being indicted for gang rape, death threats, insults and anti-Semitic violence. The latter, aged 13, were placed under a committal warrant by a liberty and detention judge. The third, aged only 12, will be the subject of a provisional judicial educational measure.
The events took place last Saturday June 15. The little girl was then with a friend, in a park which was not far from her home. At the end of the day, the two oldest minors took the little girl to an abandoned building. It is here that the third suspect, aged 12, allegedly joined the two other attackers. Very quickly, the three boys insult the young girl about her religion. The latter raped him, while making death threats and anti-Semitic remarks.

In police custody, the three suspects finally expressed their "regrets towards the victim without addressing the involvement of each". All were presented to an investigating judge as part of a judicial investigation opened in particular for rape and sexual assault in a meeting on a 15-year-old minor, attempted extortion, invasion of privacy and threat of dead.

Tuesday June 18, three teenagers were indicted after attacking, insulting and raping a 12-year-old girl. In the middle of the legislative campaign, Renaissance candidates accused him.

The Raar collective published a press release, following the Peaceful Mobilization following the anti-Semitic rape in Courbevoie. The Gathering took place Thursday June 20, 6:30 p.m., at Place de la Bastille, at the call of SOS Racism. We are publishing the entire press release as it was issued.

“It is with dismay that we learned of the gang rape of a 12-year-old child, because she was Jewish.

We express our solidarity with her, scarred by misogyny and anti-Semitic hatred, as well as with her family.
Hate speech against Jews authorizes these actions. We call on all women and men to rise up in unity against this particularly sordid anti-Semitic act which occurs even though, since October 7, our country has been confronted with a sharp increase in acts motivated by hatred of Jews.

This is why, deeply attached to the refusal of all hatred which strikes people because of their origins, religions, gender or sexual orientation, we are calling for a rally today at 6:30 p.m. Place de la Bastille to denounce anti-Semitism.

We call on all feminist and anti-racist associations and personalities to express their solidarity with Jews against anti-Semitism as well as to say no to racism, sexism and LGBTphobia.

It is about our fundamental feminist and anti-racist values, the foundations of the society to which we aspire.
