KEYSTONE PIPELINE XL HELPS FIGHTING CLIMATE CHANGE BY TRANSPORTING DIRTY FUEL ---------------- “The critical factor in my determination was this: moving forward with this project would significantly undermine our ability to continue leading the world in combatting climate change.
