THE ENERGY TRANSITION LAW FOT GREEN GROWTH-------------------------------------------------------------------------- The energy transition law for green growth is a draft law on energy transition to green growth and action plans that accompany it will enable France to contribute more effectively to the fight against climate change and strengthen its energy independence and better balancing its various sources of supply. The text must create a positive momentum ecology up the brakes, releases and initiatives that brings today tangible benefits to everyone.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ As she committed last week at ADEME (Agency for Environment and Energy Management) symposium on renewable energy, Ségolène Royal announced three changes in the electricity feed-in tariff produced on roofs with less than 1000 m2 (price says "T4") to restart the photovoltaic small, well adapted to local projects in the territories.--------------------------------------------------- Here are the results that stem of ads by ADEME Minister at the symposium: 1) A reassessment of the rate to 13.95 c € / kWh for the range [0-36KW] and 13.25 c € / kWh for the range [36-100kW] in the second quarter of 2015. This corresponds to rates that were in force on 1 July 2014, while the average tariff reduction is usually of the order of 10% per year. 2) A freezing of that rate for the year 2015, since the objectives of 50 MW per quarter are not met. 3) From 2016, a slowdown in the downward trend in the rate: 3% instead of 10% currently. Ségolène Royal has also confirmed the launch of the PV tender with storage in Overseas on 8 May.--------------------------------------------------Source: Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development For more information see: www.developpement-durable.gouv.fr
