Like has said William Shakespeare's in his effervescent comedy of the heart "there is much ado about nothing". The "Macron law" is a draft, so far and about to be presented democratically before the French Parliament (First at the Chamber of Deputies, and then the Senate). There will be a succession debates, discussions, and then a vote whether the most reluctant are loud or not. Some refractory shields stood up by strikes (Occupations lawyers, notaries and bailiffs) and those who oppose to the work of Sunday. The law is based on a tripod "Freeing-Investing-Working ', considered a strong enough base to address the current economy at half mast in France. A law seen as a step towards modernity by simplifying and expanding certain professions, while others overwhelmingly reject this bill (Entry into force in 2015 if passed by the majority, 3/5 the chamber of Deputies according to French constitution).

RELEASE OR FREEING THE WORK AND SOME PROFESSIONS Unlocking is the key word of this law, sub hearing the more liberal side in the approach to encourage the professions of the economy and Industry, by "removing blockages" identified in some key sectors of the French economy. " These sectors, like retail trade, is affected by the liberalization of Sunday work. A taboo in France that makes one's opponents and disaffected, preservatives or other refractory, arguing that "Sunday is sacred" (Even though France claims to be a secular country). Sunday after all should not be worked but rather to gather with family, go to church or just to rest of the week, considered grueling. (Given that the labor code in France is modeled on the law of work on the weekly 35 hours worked). The second area of the law, is the coach buses activity, that be provided in circulation more "free", in the territory to improve the mobility of users while promoting employment. The "Macron law" in turn explains how competition will thus be encouraged and can improve the purchasing power (weakened since the financial crisis of 2008) of the French. In result, the French Competition Authority will have more of power in being more able to control over prices, better supported, and the facilitation of Planners documents Varieties for opening new shops. Eg young law graduates, will be able, for those who wish to open their office or study (Notaries, bailiffs), without having to be sheltered by an existing study. This, will balance the judicial territory at this level because some geographical areas are completely devoid of these professions, while others have even more than necessary. It is also expected that the Competition Authority regulates notarial services and bailiffs, whose some rates are considered unjustified. A package will be considered for certain benefits, for greater transparency in pricing, considered at the moment opaque.

THE MACRON LAW, IS SWINGING TOWARDS LEFT OR RIGHT ? The "Macron law" implicits a better distribution, more egalitarian in juridical vocation for the younger generations, as well as towards vulnerable and unfairly represented populations.
