Throat Cancer -> Throat Cancer is a type of head and neck cancer. Throat Cancer has different names depending on which part of it or on the voice box. The main risk factors for throat cancer are using "tobacco." That is the big one how to get Cancer.
Drugs Approved for head and neck There are 13 Drugs approved to use they are Bleomycin Sulfate, Cetuximab, Docetaxel, Erbitux (CETUXIMAB), Hydroxyurea Keytruda (Pembrolizumab), Methotrexate sodium, Nivolumab, Pembrolizumab, Taxotere, Methotrexate sodium. Drugs Combinations used in Head and neck cancer There are two they are Carboplatin - Taxol, T.P.F. Key points about these drugs:
Alkylating agents:
These damage cancer cell DNA by adding alkyl groups, examples include cyclophosphamide, busulfan, chlorambucil, and consult.
Platinum analogs:
These drugs, like cisplatin, carboplatin, and oxaliplatin, also damage DNA and are effective against various cancers.
Antimetabolites:
These mimic natural substances needed for cell division, preventing cancer cells from replicating, examples include 5-FU and gemcitabine.
Immunotherapy drugs:
These drugs, like nivolumab, pembrolizumab, and atezolizumab, stimulate the patient's own immune system to attack cancer cells.

What is T.P.F.--> T.P.F this chemotherapy Combination the drugs docetaxel (FAXOTERE) cisplatin (PLATINOL) and fluorouracil. Combinations usually work better than single drags because different drugs kill cancer cell in different ways. Drugs in the T.P.E Combination:
T = Docetaxel (TAXOTERE)
P = CISPLATIN CPLATINOL
F = FLUOROARACIL
