The annulment of the special status directly contravenes the UN resolution on Kashmir, which affirms Kashmir's right to self-determination
On Black day 5th August 2024 to observe Youm e Istehshaal, a March and protest which was organised by chairman Global Pak Kashmir Supreme Coucil Raja Sikander Khan in collaboration with President Tehreek e Kashmir UK Fahim Kayani and Mufti Fazal Ahmed Qadri Patron General All Party Kashmir Coordination Committee along with many British Kashmiri/Pakistani’s which was very successful with many hundreds of protesters assembled outside the residence of British Prime Minister 10, Downing Street, Westminster London and than marched to Indian High Commission London with marchers chanting slogans, “Indian Army out of Kashmir”,
“Kashmiri’s want freedom”,
“Revert the article 370 & 35A to its original position” etc. etc. and many pronoun speakers made speeches as well.
At the end of the protest outside the Indian High Commission the President Tehreek e Kashmir UK Fahim Kayani got petition signed by many community Kashmiri leaders as well as by the Chairman Global Pak Supreme Council Raja Sikander Khan and than the signed petition was taken to Indian High Commision to be handed in by all the signatrees of the petition.
There was a lot of patriotism & enthusiasm within British Kashmiri’s they came from all over UK, far as Derby, Birmingham, Peterborough, Luton, Watford, Slough, Reading, Southall, Hounslow, East London, Cambridge and many other city’s, in fact we had few Kashmiri leaders whom had arrived from Kashmir including the Hurriyat leader Syed Yousaf Naseem Adv, Ex MLA of AJK Madam Mehr Ul Nisa, Former Mayor of Mirpur AJK Ch Mohammad Ashraf,

President Global Pak Kashmir Supreme Council AJK Chapter Syed Shabbir Ahmed and they made speeches as well.
Amongst the British Kashmiri/ Pakistani protesters were former Minister AJK Mahmood Riaz, Adviser to President AJK Ch Dil Pazeer, Ex Mayor Luton Riaz Butt, Ex Mayor Slough Amjad Abbasi, Barristar Mehmood Khan, President Tehreek e Kashmir Europe Mohammad Ghalib,

Chairman Pakistan Patriotic Front Ch Tariq Mahmood, Raja Naveed Khan, Mrs Shamim Shawl, Rehana Ali, Shgufta Hamid, Ruksana Begum, Shakeela Bibi, Miss Naila, Mohammad Riaz, Ikram Ul Haq, Mohammad Jamil, Shahid Iqbal, Haji Mohammad Hanif, Councillor Zahoor Ahmed, Iftikhar Jugnoo, Raja Mohammad Faras Khan, Raja M Sajid, Khawaja Mohammad Suleman, M Naeem, Raja Hamid Hussain, Khawaja Aneeq, Stuart Richardson member Stop the war collition West Midlands along with many many other hundreds of protesters from all walks of life from city’s across UK. We also had huge coverage of the March and protest from mostly all of Pakistani, Kashmiri and Bangali print and electronic media personnel’s. At the end of protest the Chairman Global Pak Kashmir Supreme Council Raja Sikander Khan and President Tehreek e Kashmir UK Fahim Kayani thanked the Print & electronic media and the participants for the peaceful protest and encouraged everyone to raise awareness about the unlawful activities occurring in Illegally Indian Occupied Kashmir.
