- FCEM (Global Women Business Leaders - Marie-Christine Oghly, President of FCEM.) has a History of more than 70 Years. Yvonne-Edmond Foinant was a Woman Business Leader who, like other Women, was perceiving the Difficulties of each Person in being admitted to Professional Groups and entering Official Positions. So, in 1945, she created the Association, with the Aim of encouraging Women to take Responsibility in Management Mandates, of informing and training its Members, and of promoting Solidarity, Friendship and sharing of Experience through Privileged Links. Now forming Networks and Associations of Women Business Leaders, in France, in Europe and around the World.
- FCE France: The FCE France network, chaired by Anouk Déqué, today has 63 Delegations spread across the entire French Territory, in France and Overseas. Its more than 2,000 Members coming from all Sectors of Activity and Companies of all Sizes, from Small Businesses to Mid-Sized Companies. They represent more than 100,000 Jobs and an annual Turnover of more than 8 Billion Euros.
- FCE France was welcoming Women Global Business Leaders (FCEM) to Paris from November 15 to 17, 2023 for their 70th World Congress. This Congress was bringing together more than 700 Women Business Leaders from 70 Different Countries. Under the Theme "Intelligent and Inspiring: Business combined with Femininity", this Event was promising to be:
* A Source of Inspiration and Opportunities for all those who aspire to progress.
* Talking about the Role of Women in the Business World and to develop their Activity.
* The Opportunity to take Stock of the Association's New Projects.
