24th Annual Latin Grammy Awards

Colombia was crowned queen of Latin music at the 24th Annual Latin Grammy Awards, which for the first time were awarded outside the United States, in the Spanish city of Seville. Colombian artists took home the largest number of awards in a gala broadcast around the world by Spanish Television and Univision.
Italian singer Laura Pausini was named Person of the Year by the Grammy Academy. Spanish actor Antonio Banderas, co-presenter of the gala, later received the Grammy Presidential Award. The complete list of winners is as follows:
