Serial killers are among the Toughest Criminals for Cops to catch, yet sometimes a simple Slip-Up can be enough to unlock a Case. Dedicated Teams of Officers can be chasing a Killer for Months or even Years with no Clues to go on. Since Jack The Ripper stalked the Shadowy Streets of Victorian East London, there have been at least 34 Serial Killers in Britain. Chilling Evidence shows that Undetected Mass Murderers are responsible for butchering Seven People Every Year. Those on the Run are likely to carry out their Bloody Sprees for Years without being detected, like Moors Murderers Ian Brady and Myra Hindley.
One of the Most Famous Case : The Manchester GP was only convicted of 15 Murders but an Official Report later concluded he had killed between 215 and 260 People between 1975 and 1998. The 57 year-old abused his Position to take the Lives of mainly Elderly Women by giving them Lethal Doses of Drugs. His Crimes were discovered in 1998 after he attempted to forge a £386,000 Will of one of his Victims, Kathlees Grundy, 81. He was convicted in January 2000 and sentenced to life in Prison. He was found hanging in his Cell in Wakefield Prison on Jan 13, 2004.
